摘　　要：本文主要研究了创新网络中不同类型的组织间学习和不同维度的网络惯例对企业合作创新绩效产生的异质性影响。在搜寻、阅读和梳理大量相关文献的基础上,提出了三个变量间关系的理论假设,通过问卷深入调研了研发合作强度和研发深度方面资质较优的典型行业,并运用多元回归等方法进行了信度和效度检验。结果表明:开发性学习对网络惯例和合作创新绩效都具有显著的正向影响;而开拓性学习与合作规范接受程度的相关关系没有通过显著性检验,开拓性学习与关系稳定程度和合作满意程度之间存在倒"U"形关系,有利于创新能力的提升;除规范接受程度与创新能力之间存在负向关系之外,网络惯例有助于企业获取更多的合作创新绩效。This paper studies the influence of inter-organizational learning and network routines on enterprise’s cooperation innovation performance in innovation network.On the basis of the related literature,it constructs the theoretical hypotheses between the above factors.And it uses the data in the process of the innovation cooperation inChina,and do an empirical test by the help of SPSS17.0.The research result shows as follows:exploitative learning has significant positive relationship with network routines and cooperation innovation performance;the relationship between explorative learning and cooperation satisfaction,and relationship stability shows a reversed U shape,and conducive to promote innovation capability;in addition to the degree of specification acceptable,network routine has obviously positive influences on enterprise’s cooperation innovation performance.
