青年大学生创业融资“麦克米伦缺口”弥合新进路——基于金融科技视角  

A New Approach to Bridge Macmillan Gap of Young College Students’ Entrepreneurial Financing:From Perspective of Fin Tech

摘　　要：青年初创企业"麦克米伦缺口"融资困境呈现出群体化特点。创业者主体缺陷、抵押物缺乏等是构成融资困境的内源性因素;而传统银行的金融排斥、政策落地偏差等是构成融资缺口的外源性因素。在金融科技的背景下,已有存量融资模式显效迟滞,更需发展增量融资模式以弥合"麦克米伦缺口"痼疾。本文提出发展互联网金融模式、创新多元担保方式、探索合作增信机制、科技赋能智创融资等途径构建青年大学生创业融资"麦克米伦缺口"弥合的新进路。Young college students are the most energetic entrepreneurial force in the wave of financial technology.The Macmillan gap dilemma of start-ups presents a group characteristic.Through profiling the causes of formation,this paper finds out the financing constraints among youth entrepreneurs have particularities.The main defects of entrepreneurs,the lack of mortgage targets,the narrow funding channels and the disadvantages of seed enterprises constitute the endogenous factors of financing dilemma;while the financial exclusion of traditional banks,the lack of private capital,and the deviation of policies,etc.constitute exogenous factors of the financing gap.In addition to the existing financial models,the incremental financing models to bridge the Macmillan gap must be seek for.In the context of financial technology,internet financial models,innovative multi-guarantee methods,cooperative financial mechanisms,scientific and technological means and private finance from grassroots,etc.should be adopted.With the diversified approach ways,the breakthrough to the Macmillan gap in young college students’entrepreneurship will be found.
