摘 要:针对传统人海战术的水灾定损方式,提出利用测绘地理信息技术进行精准化、科学化定损的方法。介绍水灾定损的基本原理及其基础数据采集方法,通过高程基准传递获取每户人家的进水深度,减少水灾定损工作量和时间;采用GIS技术建设水灾远程核灾定损管理系统,实现快速掌握水灾情况、精准化核灾定损功能,为其他城市水灾理赔提供参考。In view of the traditional huge-crowd strategy for flood disaster assessment,we propose a method to assess the loss precisely and scientifically by surveying and geographic information technology.We introduce the basic principle and data acquiring technique of flood disaster assessment,and acquire the depths of water in each household by height transmission to reduce the workload and time of flood disaster assessment.The remote management system for claim and assessment of flood disaster is constructed by GIS technology and it can be used to quickly grasp flood situation,and scientifically check the disaster and assess the loss.Our research can provide a reference for flood claims in other cities.
