OBE教育模式在口腔专业护士规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨和分析OBE(Outcomes-based education)教育模式在口腔专业护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:对30名口腔专业护士实施基于OBE教育模式的规范化培训,在培训中进行实时综合职业素质考核,在培训前后,采用中文版批判性思维问卷、中国注册护士核心能力量表对护士进行测评以及进行理论和操作技能考核。结果:30名护士中有3人中途退出培训,27名护士综合职业素质考核评价为良好,第一年度和第二年度得分差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);结业时护士批判性思维能力得分、注册护士核心能力得分、理论和操作考核成绩均明显高于入培时,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:基于OBE教育模式的护士规范化培训可达到规范化培训的目的,能有效提高口腔专业规范化培训护士的职业素养、知识和技能,为日后口腔专业护士规范化培训的深入开展提供依据。Objective This study is to explore and analyze the effect of Outcomes-based education model in the standardized training for nurses in hospital of stomatology.Methods The Outcomes-based education model(a series of training and assessment programs around training objectives)was implemented in 30 standardized training nurses in hospital of stomatology.Real-time comprehensive professional quality was assessed during training.Before and after the training,Crictical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version,the Chinese Registered Nurses’Core Competence Scale and theoretical and operational skills assessment were used to evaluate the nurses.Results Three of the 30 nurses withdrew from the training midway and 27 nurses’comprehensive professional quality assessment were good.The scores in the first year and the second year were statistically significant(p<0.05).Registered nurses’core competence scores,theoretical and operational assessment scores were significantly higher than at the time of admission,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The standardized training for nurses based on OBE education mode can effectively improve the professional quality,knowledge and skills of the standardized training of nurses in hospital of stomatology,so as to achieve the purpose of standardized training and provide basis for the further development of standardized training for nurses in hospital of stomatology in the future.
