摘 要:目的:建立了分散固相萃取-高效液相色谱检测食用槟榔中苯并(a)芘含量的方法。方法:色谱柱采用安捷伦ZORBAX SB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(88∶12);流速为1.2mL/min,荧光检测波长:Ex:364nm,Em:404nm。结果:苯并(a)芘在2.0~20.0ng/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9997;方法检测限为1.0μg/kg。本品平均回收率为99.47%,RSD(n=6)为1.274%。结论:该法快速、简便、准确,适用于食用槟榔中苯并(a)芘的检测。Objective:To develop a dispersive solid-phase extraction-liquid chromatography method for the analysis of benzo(a)pyrene in edible areca-nut.Methods:Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)chromatographic column was adopted.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(88∶12),and the rate was 1.2 mL/min.Fluorescence detection wavelength was Ex:364 nm,Em:404 nm.Results:Benzo(a)pyrene showed a perfect linearity in the range of 2.0-20.0 ng/mL(r=0.9997),and the limit of detection(LOD)for this method was 1.0μg/kg.The average recovery rate of this product was 99.47%and RSD(n=6)was 1.274%.Conclusion:The method is fast,convenient and accurate,and is applicable for the analysis of benzo(a)pyrene in the edible areca-nut.
