摘 要:目的对四川大学华西医院近年来住院医师规范化培训招收工作质效进行评价,并对住院医师招收工作存在的问题进行分析并提出建议。方法通过对比2017年至2021年医院住院医师招收任务完成率、报录比,评估住院医师生源组织的效率。对比各年级住院医师教育背景和基本临床能力,评估住院医师生源质量。结果近5年住院医师招收任务完成率由不足90%提升到100%,报录比由2:1上升到5:1,住院医师教育背景、取得执业医师资格证情况均存在明显差异。结论住院医师生源组织效率明显提高,生源质量有所提升。医院采取的一系列措施,对住院医师招收工作质效起到积极促进作用。建议从国家层面统筹推进住院医师招收制度建设。Objective To evaluate the efficiency and quality of resident recruitment in West China Hospital of Sichuan University in recent years,to analyze the problems and to put forward suggestions.Methods By comparing the mission completion rates and acceptance rates of resident recruitment in recent 5 years,the efficiency of recruitment was evaluated.To evaluate the quality of the work,the education background and basic clinical ability of residents were compared.Results In recent 5 years,the mission completion rates of resident recruitment increased from less than 90%to 100%,and the acceptance rates decreased from 1:2 to 1:5.Between residents from different years,there were significant differences in education background and the rate of obtaining medical license.Conclusion The efficiency and quality of resident recruitment have been improved.Measures taken by the Hospital have played a positive role in promoting the quality and efficiency of resident recruitment.It is suggested to coordinate and improve the system construction of resident recruitment at the national level.
