摘  要:该文根据中国医师协会发布的《住院医师规范化培训入院教育指南》(简称《入院教育指南》),分别从入院教育现状、《入院教育指南》重点内容介绍和重要问题讨论3部分对《入院教育指南》进行解读,并对入院教育与新员工岗前培训区别、培训内容"量"和"度"、培训方法"效率"和"效果"3个方面进行重点说明。According to Guideline for In-training Orientation in Standardized Residency Trainig(2021 Edition)issued by Chinese Medical Doctor Association,this article interprets the guideline from three parts:the current situation of in-training orientation,guideline highlights,and the discussion of important issues.It also highlights the differences between in-training orientation and pre-job training for new employees,training content"quantity"and"degree",and training method"efficiency"and"effect".
