摘　　要：强化高校寝室管理是“三全育人”背景下打通高校管理育人工作“最后一公里”的重要工作载体,本文阐释了高校寝室管理工作的重要性,分析了高校寝室管理的现状,提出通过强化寝室管理育人中的“五育并举”、文化内涵、制度保障和人文关怀,实现强化寝室管理育人功能的目标,对推进高校寝室文化建设具有一定的参考价值。Strengthening dormitory management in colleges and universities is an important work carrier to open up the last kilometer of college management and education under the background of"Three-aspect Education".This article explains the importance of the dormitory management in colleges an universities and analyses the current situation and problems.It aims at improving the educational function of dormitory management by strengthening"Educating Five Domains Simultaneously",cultural connotation,institutional guarantee and humanistic care.This article provides some implications for advancing the construction of dormitory culture in colleges and universities.
