摘　　要：研究生生源多样化、结构复杂化、学术个性化等特征对研究生思政工作提出一定挑战。研究生思政工作需要有力的工作抓手,聚焦研究生党建工作,以提升组织力为契机,激发党支部“细胞”活力,强化研究生党员示范引领效应,引导研究生群体成为新时代有理想、有担当的新青年,在研究生思政工作中提升四维之力——思想牵引力、科技服务力、师生凝聚力、作风表率力,唱出思政工作主旋律。The diversity of graduate students,the complexity of structure and academic personalization pose some challenges to the ideological and political work of postgraduates.The ideological and political work of postgraduates needs a strong grasp,focusing on the party building work of postgraduates,taking the opportunity of improving the organizational strength to stimulate the"cell"vitality of Party branches,strengthen the demonstration and leading effect of postgraduates,guide the postgraduates to become new youth with ideals and responsibilities in the new era,and enhance the four-dimensional power in the ideological and political work of postgraduates:ideological traction,scientific and technological service,cohesion between teachers and students,and exemplary behaviors.Sing the main melody of Ideological and political work.
