摘 要:木姐-曼德勒铁路是泛亚铁路西通道的重要组成部分,木曼铁路经瑞丽地区与大瑞铁路接轨后可连通中国铁路网。地区内铁路口岸站的设置方案对中缅铁路通道的客货运输组织效率影响重大。境外铁路引入国内时,因涉及口岸站的设置,其地区总图方案研究不同于国内一般铁路枢纽总图方案研究。因此,本文在对瑞丽铁路口岸通关模式及国际客货运列车通关流程分析的基础上,并基于瑞丽地区铁路现状、城市规划及地形、地质条件,系统研究了木曼铁路引入瑞丽地区口岸站设置方案及车站布置形式。The Muse-Mandalay railway is an important part of the Pan-Asia Railway West Corridor,it is connected with Chinese railway network by connection with Dali-Ruili Railway in Ruili.The scheme of setting up railway port station in the region has a significant impact on transportation organization efficiency of both passenger and freight of China-Myanmar railway.Because of port station setting,When the overseas railway is introduced into China,the study on the regional general map scheme is different from that on the general map scheme of the domestic railway hubs because of the port stations setting.As a result,based on analysis of customs clearance mode and procedures for international passenger and freight trains at Ruili railway port,and based on the railway status quo,urban planning,topography and geological conditions in Ruili region,this paper systematically studied the scheme of port station setting and station layout for the introduction of Muse-Mandalay railway to Ruili region.
