摘 要:根据山区铁路建设经验,文章将山区铁路选线技术的发展历程,划分为地形选线、地质选线、减灾选线三个阶段,指出减灾选线是复杂艰险山区铁路建设发展的必然。提出了复杂艰险山区减灾选线的理念,并对减灾选线理论、方法、技术等进行论述,提出了减灾选线涉及的一套理论、一套方法和三项技术,基本构成了减灾选线理论与技术体系。最后以渝利铁路岩溶地区、成兰铁路高烈度地震区为案例,介绍了减灾选线理念的实际应用。Based on the experience of railway construction in mountainous regions,in this paper,the development process of railway selection technology in mountainous region is divided into three stages:terrain selection,geological selection and hazards-reduction selection,and it is pointed out that the hazards-reduction route selection is an inevitable trend for railway construction in complicated and dangerous mountainous regions.Then,the concept of hazards-reduction route selection in complicated and dangerous mountainous regions is put forward,and the theory,method and technology of the hazards-reduction route selection are presented.A set of theories,a set of methods and three kinds of techniques are put forward,which basically constitute the theory and technical framework of hazards-reduction route selection.At last,taking the karst area of Chongqing-Lichuan Railway and the high intensity seismic area of Chengdu-Lanzhou Railway as examples,the practical application of hazards-reduction route selection is introduced.
