摘　　要：校园足球特色学校的设立将大大促进足球运动在我国青少年中的普及,然而,我国校园足球特色学校的管理问题日益凸显.本文运用文献分析以及专家访谈法,确定校园足球特色学校管理体系的各级指标,在此基础上编制问卷,并对江西省校园足球特色学校的管理问题进行剖析.面对江西省校园足球特色学校管理过程中存在的问题,结合校园足球特色学校管理体系指标,构建了江西省校园足球特色学校管理体系.While the establishment of campus football schools greatly promotes the popularity of football in China’s youth,challenges remain in the management of campus football schools.This paper uses literature analysis and expert interview to determine the indicators for the management system for the campus football schools at various levels.On this basis,a questionnaire is compiled to collect and analyze the data for the management of campus football schools in Jiangxi Province.An indexed management structure has been constructed to reflect the existing situation in the management process in Jiangxi Province.
