摘  要:从废弃沙柳枝中提取再生纤维素,采用氯乙酸钠为醚化剂制备羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)。分别从以异丙醇为分散剂中水的占比,醚化剂、氢氧化钠与纤维素质量比,醚化时间,醚化温度等5个因素进行优化,得出最佳制备条件是:分散剂中水占比为0、氯乙酸钠与纤维素的质量比为1,醚化时间为3h,醚化温度为45℃,氢氧化钠与纤维素的质量比为0.5。制得羧甲基纤维素钠浓度为0.05g/L的黏度为168mPa·s,取代度为1.06。用扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(IR)、热重分析(TGA)、X射线衍射(XRD)等分析测试对样品结构进行表征与分析。结果表明,利用废弃沙柳枝可以制备高取代度的羧甲基纤维素钠。The regenerated cellulose is extracted from discarded salix psammophila,and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)was prepared by using sodium chloroacetate as etherifying agent.The ratio of water in isopropanol as dispersant,etherification agent,sodium hydroxide to cellulose mass ratio,etherification time and etherification temperature were optimized,the best preparation conditions are:The proportion of water in the dispersant is 0,the mass ratio of sodium chloroacetate to cellulose is 1,the etherification time is 3 h,the etherification temperature is 45℃,and the mass ratio of sodium hydroxide to cellulose is 0.5.The viscosity at which the sodium carboxymethylcellulose concentration was 0.05 g/L was 168 mPa·s,and the degree of substitution was 1.06.The structure of the prepared samples was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),thermogravimetric(TGA),X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the high degree of substitution of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose can be prepared by using discarded salix psammophila.
