水囊或水浴法B型超声在眼附属器及眼前节疾病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察水囊或水浴法眼科10MHz B型超声扫描对眼附属器及眼前节疾病的诊断价值.方法回顾性病例研究.收集2016年l^6月在宁德市医院眼科就诊的眼附属器及眼前节疾病患者54例,所有患处均将眼科A/B超声诊断仪的10 MHz探头通过水囊或眼杯水浴进行扫描,所有病例诊断均另经其他检查、手术病理或穿刺证实.结果54例患者中分别诊出泪囊炎、眶周皮下肿物、睫状体黑色素瘤、睫状体渗出、晶状体损伤、眼前段异物、永存玻璃体增殖(persistent hyperplasticprimary vitreous,PHPV)等.结论眼科10 MHz B型超声通过水囊或水浴超声两种方法,可弥补常规超声的不足,在眼附属器及眼前节疾病诊断中有一定的应用价值,经济适用,也可作为超声生物显微镜的补充手段,值得临床推广应用.Objective To observe the diagnostic value of the ultrasonography for ocular adnexa disease and anterior segment disease.Methods From January 2016 to June 2016,54 patients of ocular adnexa disease or anterior segment disease in our hospital were checked and analyzed with ultrasound via water sac or water bath,recorded the lesion area,shape,size and edge,all cases were confirmed by other examination,surgical or puncture.Results In 54 patients were diagnosed with dacryocystitis,peri-orbit subcutaneous mass,ciliary body melanoma,ciliary body seepage,crystal damage,anterior segment foreign bod,persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous(PHPV).Conclusions The ultrasonography for ocular adnexa disease and anterior segment disease via water sac or water bath has a high diagnostic value.For some diseases,it can be used as the preferred or diagnosis examination,it worth clinical promotion.
