摘 要:近年来,随着法医学的发展,痕迹学逐渐在法医学检验中展现出不可或缺的价值,而在刑事科学技术领域中,其重要性日益凸显.本研究旨在系统分析法医学检验中涉及的痕迹学内容,构建研究框架,并深入探讨痕迹学在法医学检验中的重要意义与独特作用.对痕迹学的深入研究和综合应用不仅可以帮助相关人员更加精确地推断案件的发生过程和原因,而且可以为司法实践提供更科学、更客观的依据,从而推动法医学与刑事科学技术的融合发展,提高司法公正性和效率.因此,本研究具有重要的理论价值和实践意义.In recent years,with the development of forensic science,trace science has gradually shown an indispensable value in forensic examination,and its importance has become increasingly prominent in the field of criminal science and technology.The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze the contents of trace science involved in forensic medical examination,build a research framework,and deeply explore the significance and unique role of trace science in forensic medical examination.The in-depth study and comprehensive application of trace science can not only help relevant personnel to infer the occurrence process and causes of cases more accurately,but also provide a more scientific and objective basis for judicial practice,so as to promote the integration and development of forensic science and criminal science and technology,and improve judicial fairness and efficiency.Therefore,this study has important theoretical value and practical significance.
