摘  要:目的了解2022年温州市瓯海区市售茶叶中农药残留情况及其风险程度。方法2022年在温州市瓯海区范围内采集市售茶叶样品共96份,采用气相色谱-串联质谱法对样品中11种农药进行检测,运用危害物风险系数法进行农药残留风险评估。结果96份茶叶样品中,检测出农药残留样品69份,农药残留检出率为71.9%,农药残留超标率为2.1%。联苯菊酯检出率最高,为63.5%,其次为溴虫腈和氯氟氰菊酯,检出率分别为58.3%和51.0%。危害物风险系数评估显示,三氯杀螨醇存在高度风险,其他农药处于低度风险。结论2022年温州市瓯海区市售茶叶农药残留检出率较高,但超标率较低,整体合格率高。政府监管部门应对三氯杀螨醇进行重点监测。Objective To understand the pesticide residues and their risk levels in tea sold in Ouhai District,Wenzhou City in 2022.Methods A total of 96 samples of tea had been bought on market in Ouhai District of Wenzhou City in 2022,the 11 kinds of different pesticides were analyzed by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and the potential health risk assessment of pesticides was estimated by the hazard quotient method.Results Among the 96 tea samples,69 samples were found to contain pesticide residues,with a detection rate of 71.9%,and the rate of pesticide residue exceeding the China maximum residue limit was 2.1%.The highest detection rate was for bifenthrin,at 63.5%,followed by chlorfenapyr and cyhalothrin,with detection rates of 58.3%and 51.0%,respectively.Hazard risk coefficient assessment showed that dicofol had high risk and other pesticides had low risk.Conclusion In 2022,the detection rate of pesticide residues in tea sold in Ouhai District of Wenzhou City is high,but the exceeded rate is low,and the overall pass rate is high.Government supervision departments shall focus on monitoring dicofol.
