摘 要:艾滋病是一种严重威胁人类健康甚至导致死亡的传染病,随着艾滋病感染者的不断增加、感染人群的复杂化,对艾滋病检测的需求不断增加.检测是艾滋病防治的第一步,加强实验室检测能力是控制艾滋病病毒传播的有效途径.本文介绍了目前在艾滋病病毒检测中常用的方法及原理,主要包括HIV抗体筛查试验、确证试验及辅助检测方法,并就其在应用过程中存在的问题进行分析,探讨未来艾滋病病毒检测方法的发展方向.通过对艾滋病病毒检测方法的系统阐述,为今后建立更快速、便捷、灵敏的检测方法提供参考和依据.Acquired immune deficiency syndrome is a serious threat to human health and even leads to death of infectious diseases,with the increasing number of acquired immune deficiency syndrome infected people,infected people are more complicated,the demand for acquired immune deficiency syndrome testing is increasing.Testing is the first step of acquired immune deficiency syndrome prevention and control,strengthening laboratory testing capacity is an effective way to control the spread of human immunodeficiency virus.This paper introduced the methods and principles commonly used in human immunodeficiency virus detection at present,mainly including human immunodeficiency virus antibody screening test,confirmator test and additional test,and analyzed the problems existing in the application process,and probed into the future development direction of human immunodeficiency virus detection methods.Through the systematic exposition of human immunodeficiency virus detection methods,it provided reference and basis for establishing more rapid,convenient and sensitive detection methods in the future.
