摘  要:目的鼓励青年教师进行教学实践和创新,以提升其在皮肤及其相关专业方面的教学能力.方法以痤疮为例,采用案例教学法、视频教学法、演示教学法等,进行教学设计和解析.结果青年教师应从教师仪态、语言表达等基本功展现,教学方法和策略的合理运用等方面,练就一堂示范教学课.结论通过夯实教学基本功,研讨教学方法,推进教学反思,全面提高皮肤病学青年教师的教学能力.Objective To encourage young faculty to engage in teaching practice and innovation,so as to improve their teaching ability in skin and related professions.Methods Taking Acne as an example,the teaching design and analysis were carried out by using the case teaching method,video teaching method,demonstration teaching method,etc.Results Young teachers should be capable of giving a demo class with proper teaching manners,language expression,and other basic skills,where teaching methods and strategies are well carried out.Conclusion To improve the teaching ability of young faculty of dermatology in an overall way by enhancing basic teaching skills,innovating teaching methods,and reflecting on the teaching process.
