改良式泪小管断裂吻合手术的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察改良式泪小管断裂吻合手术的临床效果.方法回顾性分析我院2018年1月至2020年5月收治的泪小管断裂患者62例(62眼),术中采用改良式泪道吻合手术方法,术后2-3个月拔管,随访至6-12个月,观察泪道通畅情况及溢泪症状.结果62例泪小管断裂病例中治愈31例(89.18%),好转5例(13.51%),无效1例(2.7%).总有效率达97.29%.临床观察未发现有泪小点撕裂、成交畸形等相关并发症,其中无效患者2例(2.7%).结论观察改良式泪小管断裂吻合手术具有操作简便、吻合效果显著、置管安全等特点.Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified anastomosis of lacrimal canaliculi laceration.Methods 62 cases(62 eyes)of lacrimal canaliculi rupture patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The modified lacrimal duct anastomosis was used in the operation.The tube was pulled out 2-3 months after operation and the patients were followed up to 6-12 months.The lacrimal passage patency and symptoms of lacrimal duct overflow were observed.Results Among the 62 cases,31 cases(89.18%)were cured,5 cases(13.51%)were improved and 1 case(2.7%)was ineffective.The total effective rate was 97.29%.There were no related complications such as tear of lacrimal dot,transaction deformity,etc.among them,with 2 cases(2.7%)ineffective.Conclusion The modified anastomosis of lacrimal canaliculi laceration has the characteristics of simple operation,obvious anastomosis effect and safe catheterization.
