阴道镜与LEEP治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床有效性比较分析

摘　　要：目的 探究分析阴道镜与LEEP治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床疗效.方法 选取我院妇产科于2017年1月至2019年12月收治的140例宫颈癌前病变患者为此次研究材料来源,按照随机分类法将其随机分为参照组(70例)和观察组(70例)两组,参照组患者采取全子宫切术治疗,观察组患者采取阴道镜与LEEP联合治疗,对比分析两种治疗方式的临床疗效.结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著优于参照组,手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及手术费用均少于参照组,组间数据差异大具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对宫颈癌前病变患者实施阴道镜与LEEP治疗,其疗效显著,能够缩短住院时间,节约手术费用,具有较高的经济价值,值得被大力推广应用于临床.Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of colposcopy and LEEP in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods One hundred and forty cases of cervical precancerous lesions in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research material source,and they were randomly divided into the reference group(70 cases)and the observation group(70 cases)according to the random classification method.The reference group was treated with total hysterectomy,and the observation group was treated with colposcopy and LEEP.The clinical treatment of the two treatment methods was compared and analyzed Effect.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the reference group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and operation cost of the observation group were less than those of the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Colposcopy and LEEP treatment for patients with cervical precancerous lesions,the curative effect is significant,can shorten the length of hospital stay,save the cost of surgery,has high economic value,it is worth to be vigorously promoted in clinical application.
