鳖甲煎丸联合熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗酒精性肝硬化的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探究鳖甲煎丸联合熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗酒精性肝硬化的疗效评价.方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月于我院感染内科接受治疗的26例酒精性肝硬化患者作为本次研究的主要患者,采用随机数表法将其均分两组,每组13例,其中对照组患者仅予以鳖甲煎丸进行治疗,而观察组患者则增添使用熊去氧胆酸胶囊进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、肝功能指标以及血清肝纤维化等各项指标.结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率远高于对照组患者;并且观察组患者在GCT(谷氨酰转肽酶)、TBIL(总胆红素)、ALT(谷丙转氨酶)、AST(谷草转氨酶)以及ALP(碱性磷酸酶)等指标均优于对照组患者;观察组患者在HA(血清透明质酸)、LN(层粘蛋白)、IV-C(IV型胶原)以及PIIIP(III型前胶原蛋白肽)等指标中均优于对照组患者(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义.结论在临床治疗酒精性肝硬化过程中使用鳖甲煎丸联合熊去氧胆酸胶囊的疗效显著,在保障治疗效果的同还能够改善肝功能,减少肝纤维化表现,值得在临床之中大力推广并应用.Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Biejiajian Pill Combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capsule in the treatment of alcoholic liver cirrhosis.Methods Twenty-six patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis who received treatment in the Department of infectious diseases of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the main patients in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups,13 patients in each group,patients in the control group were only given Biejiajian pills,while patients in the observation group were treated with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules.The therapeutic effects,liver function indexes and serum liver fibrosis indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group;and the GCT(glutamyltranspeptidase),TBIL(total bilirubin),ALT(alanine aminotransferase),AST(aspartate aminotransferase)and ALP(alkaline phosphatase)in the observation group were better than those in the control group;the observation group patients in ha(serum hyaluronic acid),ln(laminin),IV-C(typeⅣcollagen)and other indicators were better than those of the control group And PIIIP(typeⅢprocollagen peptide)and other indicators were better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment of alcoholic liver cirrhosis,Biejiajian Pill Combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capsule has significant curative effect.It can also improve liver function and reduce liver fibrosis performance while ensuring the therapeutic effect.It is worth promoting and applying in clinic.
