连贯性护理在超声引导下穿刺及无水酒精硬化治疗肾囊肿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨连贯性护理模式在超声引导下穿刺及无水酒精硬化治疗肾囊肿中的应用效果.方法选取自2014年5月至2019年11月我院收治的40例肾囊肿患者,随机分为两组,各20例,对照组患者采取常规护理方法,观察组患者采取连贯性护理健康教育.对比分析两组患者对病症知识的掌握率以及患者的护理服务满意度.结果两组患者对肾囊肿病症知识的掌握情况:观察组患者对肾囊肿病症知识的掌握情况显著优于对照组患者,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理服务满意度:观察组患者的整体护理服务满意度评分96分显著高于对照组患者的72分,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在肾囊肿患者的超声引导下穿刺及无水酒精硬化临床治疗中,应用连贯性护理模式,可以有效提升临床治疗效果,护理效果显著,临床应用价值高.Objective To explore the application effect of coherent nursing mode in the treatment of renal cyst by ultrasoundguided puncture and anhydrous alcohol sclerotherapy.Methods From May 2014 to November 2019,40 patients with renal cyst were randomly divided into two groups,20 in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing methods,and the patients in the observation group received coherent nursing health education.The mastery rate of disease knowledge and the satisfaction degree of nursing service were compared between the two groups.Results The knowledge of renal cyst in the two groups:the knowledge of renal cyst in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);Two groups of patients with nursing service satisfaction:the observation group of patients with overall nursing service satisfaction score of 96 points was significantly higher than the control group of 72 points,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of renal cyst patients with ultrasound-guided puncture and anhydrous alcohol sclerosis,the application of coherent nursing mode can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,the nursing effect is significant,and the clinical application value is high.
