通经调脏手法配合康复功能训练治疗脑卒中合并高脂血症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 讨论脑卒中合并高脂血症实施通经调脏法+康复功能训练的临床效果.方法 将76例脑卒中合并高脂血症患者纳入本次实验,按双盲法将其中38例纳进对照组(实施常规治疗),剩余38例纳进实验组(实施通经调脏法+康复功能训练),比较两组治疗价值.结果 治疗后实验组各指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 脑卒中合并高脂血症实施通经调脏法+康复功能训练效果显著,有效改善高脂血症,促进神经功能好转,有助于肢体功能的早日康复.Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the method of clearing the meridians and adjusting the internal organs+rehabilitation training for stroke complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods 76 stroke patients with hyperlipidemia were included in this experiment,according to the double-blind method,38 cases were included in the control group(conventional treatment),and the remaining 38 cases were included in the experimental group(implemented through the method of regulating the internal organs+rehabilitation training),the treatment value of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the indexes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Tongjing Tiao Zang method and rehabilitation function training on stroke complicated with hyperlipidemia is significant,which can effectively improve hyperlipidemia,promote the improvement of neurological function,and contribute to the early recovery of limb function.
