摘　　要：目的加强医院处方前置审核工作,促进患者的合理用药.方法应用PDCA循环管理思想,通过收集整理2018年数据进行分析并制定改进计划,再通过收集整理2019年数据进行对比,分析后观察改进成效.结果Plan阶段提出的各项对策均得到了有效的体现,同时也发现了存在的问题.结论采用PDCA循环管理可有效推进处方、医嘱前置审核工作.Objective To strengthen the pre-examination of hospital prescriptions and promote the rational use of drugs by patients.Methods The PDCA cycle management thought was applied to analyze and formulate improvement plan by collecting and sorting the data in 2018,and then compare the data in 2019,and observe the improvement effect after analysis.Results all the countermeasures put forward in the plan stage have been effectively reflected,and the existing problems have also been found.Conclusion PDCA cycle management can effectively promote the pre audit of prescriptions and medical orders.
