研究应用奥美拉唑治疗急性胃出血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察研究应用奥美拉唑治疗急性胃出血的临床疗效.方法选取我院自2017年7月至2019年7月收治的24例急性胃出血患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组(12例)与对照组(12例).对照组患者行常规凝血酶治疗,在常规治疗措施的基础上,观察组患者行奥美拉唑联合治疗.对比两组患者治疗期间的临床疗效、住院时间、不良反应以及复发率.结果两组患者疗效对比,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);临床症状消失时间与住院时间对比,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率对比,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);复发率对比,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).结论奥美拉唑联合常规凝血酶对急性胃出血患者具有更好的疗效,显著降低患者在治疗期间的不良反应及住院时间,值得广泛推广使用.Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of omeprazole in the treatment of acute gastric hemorrhage.Methods Twenty-four patients with acute gastric hemorrhage in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(12 cases)and control group(12 cases).The control group received conventional thrombin treatment,and the observation group received omeprazole combined treatment on the basis of conventional treatment measures.The clinical efficacy,hospitalization time,adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The clinical symptoms disappeared time and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole combined with conventional thrombin has better curative effect on patients with acute gastric hemorrhage,significantly reducing the adverse reactions and hospitalization time during the treatment,which is worthy of wide promotion and use.
