微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探究在口腔正畸治疗中应用微型种植体支抗的临床效果.方法 分析对象来自本院口腔科2017年2月至2019年2月需接受口腔正畸治疗的患者60例相关临床数据,确认符合选择标准后为其进行数字编序,随机均等完成分组,分别设为对照组与观察组,对应给予常规口腔正畸治疗措施、微型种植体支抗治疗措施.比较两种治疗方案对口腔正畸患者的病情改善效果以及安全性.结果 在治疗总有效率方面,观察组患者有效率为96.67%,对照组患者有效率为83.33%,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者上中切牙突距差、上中切牙轴倾角数据均存在显著差异且有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗所引发相关不良反应情况例数显著低于对照组且有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 为口腔正畸患者应用微型种植体支抗手段治疗对于病情改善有积极影响价值,治愈成功率突出,安全性令人满意,值得临床推广.Objective To explore the clinical effect of Micro Implant Anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods The data of 60 patients with orthodontic treatment in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were analyzed.After confirming that they met the selection criteria,they were digitally sequenced and randomly divided into control group and observation group,which were given conventional orthodontic treatment and micro implant anchorage treatment.Compare the improvement effect and safety of two treatment schemes on orthodontic patients.Results In terms of the total effective rate,the effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 83.33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The number of cases of related adverse reactions caused by treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro implant anchorage for orthodontic patients has a positive impact on the improvement of the condition,the cure success rate is outstanding,the safety is satisfactory,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
