不同补牙材料治疗牙体楔状缺损的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探析口腔科收治牙体楔状缺损患者实施不同补牙材料治疗效果.方法本次研究随机挑选口腔科2020年1月至2020年6月收治78例牙体楔状缺损患者予以研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,均为39例.将玻璃离子充填用于对照组,将光固化复合树脂充填用于观察组.将两组患者治疗后填充材料功能评分、并发症发生率与疗效进行对比.结果(1)对比两组患者填充材料功能评分:治疗后对照组患者填充材料功能评分显著低于观察组,两组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)对比两组患者并发症发生状况:治疗后对照组患者总并发症发生率显著高于观察组,两组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针对口腔科收治牙体楔状缺损患者实施光固化复合树脂充填治疗效果尤为显著.Objective To explore the effect of different dental materials in the treatment of wedge-shaped defects of teeth.Methods Seventy-eight patients with wedge-shaped tooth defects were randomly selected from the stomatology department from January 2020 to June 2020 for the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,all of which were 39 cases.Glass ionomer filling was used in the control group and light curing composite resin filling was used in the observation group.The filling material function score,complication rate and curative effect of the 2 groups were compared.Results(1)Compared with the two groups,the filling material function score of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);(2)Compared with the complications of the two groups:after treatment,the total complication rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of light curing composite resin filling on wedge-shaped defects of teeth in stomatology department is particularly significant.
