特利加压素联合白蛋白治疗肝肾综合征的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的 观察肝硬化并发肝肾综合征患者在给予特利加压素联合白蛋白治疗后的临床效果.方法 选取本院2017年1月至2019年1月收住院的肝硬化并发肝肾综合征患者60例,除一般治疗外,均给予特利加压素联合白蛋白治疗,观察治疗前后疗效.结果 治疗后尿素及肌酐有效率91.7%,腹水消退率88.3%.结论 HRS患者给予特利加压素联合白蛋白治疗,不仅临床症状得到改善,而且肾功能也有一定好转,值得临床应用.Objective To observe the clinical effect of terlipressin combined with albumin in the treatment of hepatocirrhosis with hepatorenal syndrome.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,60 cirrhotic patients with hepatorenal syndrome were enrolled in our hospital.In addition to general treatment,terlipressin combined with albumin were given to observe the effect before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the effective rate of urea and creatinine was 91.7%,and the ascites regression rate was 88.3%.Conclusion Terlipressin combined with albumin was given to HRS patients,not only the clinical symptoms were improved,but also the renal function was improved.
