摘 要:原发性肝癌,简称肝癌,是临床上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发生早期并不会有明显症状,所以对中晚期患者的治疗方法的探索一直是医务工作者关注的焦点。在众多治疗方法的不断完善中,肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)联合物理技术已成为一半以上肝癌患者的首选治疗,本文综述了TACE联合各种物理技术治疗肝癌的研究新进展,希望能够为临床肝癌患者的治疗提供有效建议。Primary hepatic carcinoma,or hepatocellular carcinoma,is one of the most common malignant tumors in clinical practice,and it does not have obvious symptoms in the early stage.Therefore,the exploration of treatment methods for patients with advanced stage has always been the focus of medical workers.Among the continuous improvementof numerous treatment methods,transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)combined with physical technology has become the first choice for more than half of the patients with liver cancer.This review summarizes the latest progress of TACE combined with various physical techniques in the treatment of liver cancer,and hope to provide effective suggestions for the treatment.
