摘　　要：脓毒症是一种全身炎症反应综合征,其实质在于宿主对病原菌入侵后的全身性反应.脓毒症是导致血小板减少的主要原因之一,而脓毒症相关性血小板减少是目前临床医务人员高度重视的棘手问题.脓毒症患者一旦发生血小板减少将不利于机体免疫反应发挥相应作用,原发疾病病情随之加重,患者疗效及预后随之受到相应影响.严重影响其预后.因此提示,明确脓毒症相关性血小板减少发病机制对临床诊断、治疗此病具有重要意义.基于此,本文将着重探讨脓毒症相关性血小板减少发病机制的研究现状,以期为临床医生提高对此病的认识程度、采取有效防治措施提供可靠依据.Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response syndrome,with essence of systemic response of the host to invasion of pathogenic bacteria.Sepsis is one of main causes of thrombocytopenia,and sepsis related thrombocytopenia is a thorny problem for clinical staffs to attach great importance at present.Once sepsis patients occurs thrombocytopenia,body immune response may be unfavorable of playing corresponding role,and primary disease may aggravate,which may affect curative effect and prognosis seriously.Therefore,it is of great significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment to clarify pathogenesis of sepsis related thrombocytopenia.Based on this,the paper discusses research status of pathogenesis of sepsis related thrombocytopenia,to provide reliable basis for clinicians to improve understanding on the disease and take effective prevention and control measures.
