摘　　要：牙骨质结构不良是一组以纤维组织和化生性骨组织取代正常骨组织的特发性病变,临床上较少见,误诊率较高.正畸医师对牙骨质结构不良的认识较缺乏,目前没有针对牙骨质结构不良的正畸治疗策略.本综述就牙骨质结构不良患者正畸治疗过程中可能存在的风险及注意事项进行探讨,以便正畸医师能更好地了解牙骨质结构不良.Cemento-osseous dysplasia is characterized by fibro-osseous condition of bone,instead of normal bone,which has a low incidence of occurrence and a high misdiagnosis rate in clinics.Due to the lack of understanding the cemento-osseous dysplasia,there are no orthodontic treatment strategies for the patients with cemento-osseous dysplasia at present.In order to better understand the disease of cemento-osseous dysplasia,this review discusses the potential risks and the clinical considerations relevant to orthodontic treatment for patients with cemento-osseous dysplasia.
