摘  要:目的探讨小脑损伤患者进行下肢机器人联合平衡仪训练的效果。方法选择2021年3月—2023年3月广西壮族自治区江滨医院收治的80例小脑损伤患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组,每组40例。对照组进行常规训练,观察组进行下肢机器人联合平衡仪训练,均持续2周。对比两组患者的平衡功能、肢体运动功能、步行功能及日常生活能力。结果训练后,观察组的Berg平衡量表、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分分别为(39.65±6.17)分、(28.71±4.51)分,均高于对照组的(33.24±5.66)分、(26.25±4.24)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。训练后,观察组的功能性步行量表、Barthel指数评分分别为(3.11±0.57)分、(81.86±7.22)分,均高于对照组的(2.33±0.50)分、(70.74±6.75)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢机器人联合平衡仪训练在小脑损伤患者中的应用效果较好,可改善患者平衡功能及肢体运动功能,提升患者步行功能及日常生活能力。Objective To investigate the effect of lower limb robot combined with balance instrument training for patients with cerebellar injury.Methods 80 patients with cerebellar injury admitted to Jiangbin Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine training,and the observation group received lower limb robot combined balance instrument training.Both groups continued training for 2 weeks.The balance function,limb motor function,walking function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After training,the scores of Berg Balance Scale and Fugl-Meyer Assessment in the observation group were(39.65±6.17)points and(28.71±4.51)points,respectively,which were higher than(33.24±5.66)points and(26.25±4.24)points of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the scores of functional ambulation category scale and Barthel Index in the observation group were(3.11±0.57)points and(81.86±7.22)points,respectively,which were higher than(2.33±0.50)points and(70.74±6.75)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of lower limb robot combined with balance instrument training in patients with cerebellar injury is good,which can improve their balance function and limb motor function,and enhance their walking function and daily living ability.
