规范化眼部按摩结合运动康复对青光眼小梁切除术后患者眼压、视力恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化眼部按摩结合运动康复对青光眼小梁切除术后患者眼压、视力水平的影响。方法选取2022年5月—2023年4月本院收治的60例青光眼患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组(n=30)接受运动康复,观察组(n=30)在对照组基础上结合规范化眼部按摩干预,两组均持续干预8周。对比两组视力水平、眼压、眼部疼痛程度、前房深度、眼血流情况比较。结果干预后,观察组眼压(15.24±1.44)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)、眼部疼痛视觉模拟评分(1.42±0.11)分均低于对照组的(19.44±1.84)mmHg、(2.33±0.34)分,视力水平(0.76±0.16)高于对照组的(0.53±0.12),前房深度(2.33±0.21)mm低于对照组的(3.23±0.31)mm,收缩期峰值血流速度(10.95±2.38)cm/s、舒张末期血流速度(3.83±0.88)cm/s,均快于对照组的(9.22±1.35)cm/s、(3.11±0.68)cm/s,阻力指数(0.58±0.03)低于对照组的(0.69±0.08),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在青光眼小梁切除术患者中,应用规范化眼部按摩结合运动康复能够促进眼压下降,缓解眼部疼痛,促进视力恢复,改善术眼血流情况,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of standardized eye massage combined with exercise rehabilitation on intraocular pressure and visual acuity in patients with glaucoma after trabeculectomy.Methods 60 glaucoma patients admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group(n=30)receiving exercise rehabilitation,and the observation group(n=30)receiving standardized eye massage intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention lasted for 8 weeks in both groups.The visual acuity,intraocular pressure,degree of ocular pain,anterior chamber depth,and ocular blood flow were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the intraocular pressure(15.24±1.44)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)and visual analogue scale score(1.42±0.11)points in the observation group were lower than(19.44±1.84)mmHg and(2.33±0.34)points in the control group.The visual acuity was(0.76±0.16)higher than(0.53±0.12)in the control group,the anterior chamber depth was(2.33±0.21)mm lower than(3.23±0.31)mm in the control group,the peak systolic blood flow velocity was(10.95±2.38)cm/s,and the end diastolic blood flow velocity was(3.83±0.88)cm/s,both were faster than(9.22±1.35)cm/s,(3.11±0.68)cm/s in the control group,the resistance index(0.58±0.03)was lower than(0.69±0.08)of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with glaucoma trabeculectomy,the application of standardized eye massage combined with exercise rehabilitation can promote the reduction of intraocular pressure,relieve eye pain,promote the recovery of vision and improve the blood flow of the operation eye,which is worthy of popularization and application.
