摘 要:上肢功能障碍的脑卒中偏瘫患者,日常生活能力和社会参与能力将受到严重影响.脑卒中后,虽然患者的中枢神经系统存在自我修复机制,但其内源性再生能力有限,仍需进行一系列的康复治疗来增强神经可塑性,促进功能恢复.运动想象疗法作为一种主动式中枢干预方法,与新兴的脑机接口技术结合,有望成为一种促进偏瘫患者上肢功能恢复的有效的治疗措施.本文就运动想象疗法、脑机接口技术及两者结合在脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢康复中的临床应用做一综述,以期为基于运动想象的脑机接口技术的临床运用提供一定的理论依据支持,从而使脑卒中患者受益.Upper limb dysfunction in stroke patients with hemiplegia seriously affects their daily life ability and social participation ability.After stroke,although the central nervous system has a self-healing mechanism,its endogenous regeneration ability is limited,and a series of rehabilitation treatments are still needed to enhance Neuroplasticity,and to promote functional recovery.Motor imagery therapy,as an active central intervention method,combined with the emerging brain-computer interface technology,is expected to become a more effective treatment measure to promote the recovery of upper limb function of hemiplegic patients.This article reviews the clinical research progress of motor imagery therapy,Brain-computer interface technology and their combination in upper limb rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia,with a view to providing theoretical support for the clinical application of motor imagery based Brain–computer interface technology,so as to benefit stroke patients.
