中频脉冲治疗仪联合康复干预对急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中频脉冲治疗仪联合康复干预在急性脑梗死(ACI)后偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2020年9月—2022年6月收治的96例ACI后偏瘫患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组48例。对照组采用康复干预,观察组在此基础上采用中频脉冲治疗仪干预,均持续4周。对比两组患者的康复效果。结果干预后,观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(10.28±1.80)分,低于对照组的(12.37±2.14)分,运动功能评定量表评分、改良Bathel指数评分分别为(70.53±6.22)分、(72.12±6.37)分,均高于对照组的(63.81±5.34)分、(65.81±5.20)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的脑卒中影响量表中各项评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中频脉冲治疗仪联合康复干预在ACI后偏瘫患者中具有较高的应用价值,可提高神经功能、肢体运动功能、日常生活活动能力,改善患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of intermediate frequency pulse therapy instrument combined with rehabilitation intervention in patients with hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 96 patients with post-ACI hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group was treated with intermediate frequency pulse therapy instrument on this basis.Both groups continued the intervention for 4 weeks.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale score of the observation group was(10.28±1.80)points,which was lower than(12.37±2.14)points of the control group,the Fugl-Meyer assessment score and modified Bathel index score were(70.53±6.22)points and(72.12±6.37)points,respectively,which were higher than(63.81±5.34)points and(65.81±5.20)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the stroke impact scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermediate frequency pulse therapy instrument combined with rehabilitation intervention has high application value in patients with hemiplegia after ACI,which can improve nerve function,limb motor function,activities of daily living,and improve the quality of life of patients.
