摘  要:目的探究早期康复联合高压氧在高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果及对神经功能的影响.方法选取2019年1月—2021年3月在该院就诊的62例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,按照患者入院先后顺序分为两组,每组31例.其中开展早期康复治疗的患者为对照组,开展早期康复联合高压氧治疗的患者为研究组,分析两种治疗方式的效果及对患者神经功能的影响.结果治疗后,研究组的相对水肿体积、绝对水肿体积、血肿体积及MR表观扩散系数值均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的美国国立卫生研究所脑卒中量表评分明显低于对照组,格拉斯哥预后量表评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的神经元特异性烯醇化酶、S100β蛋白、神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论早期康复联合高压氧治疗高血压脑出血患者的效果较好,可改善患者脑部水肿及血肿,促进神经功能恢复,提升预后质量.Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation combined with hyperbaric oxygen in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and its effect on neurological function.Methods A total of 62 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 31 patients in each group.The patients receiving early rehabilitation treatment were the control group,and the patients receiving early rehabilitation combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment were the study group.The effects of the two treatment methods and their effects on the neurological function of the patients were analyzed.Results After treatment,the relative edema volume,absolute edema volume,hematoma volume and MR apparent diffusion coefficient of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of National Institute of Health stroke scale was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the score of the Glasgow outcome scale was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of neuron-specific enolase,S100βprotein and glial fibrillary acidic protein in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation combined with hyperbaric oxygen has a better effect on patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,which can improve the brain edema and hematoma,promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the quality of prognosis.
