摘 要:目的探讨美多巴联合高压氧及康复运动对帕金森病患者非运动症状的影响.方法选取该院2019年3月-2020年3月收治的94例帕金森病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组47例.两组患者均采用美多巴治疗,观察组在此基础上采用高压氧及康复运动.比较两组患者的非运动症状发生情况及帕金森病症状、认知功能、抑郁等的改善情况.结果治疗后,观察组的神经精神障碍、睡眠障碍、感觉障碍、自主神经功能障碍等非运动症状的发生率分别为2.13%、4.26%、4.26%、8.51%,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的帕金森病非运动症状问卷与汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,简易智能精神状态检查量表评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论美多巴联合高压氧及康复运动有利于减少帕金森病患者非运动症状的发生,改善患者抑郁症状,提高其认知功能,值得在临床当中推广应用.Objective To investigate the effects of madopar combined with hyperbaric oxygen and rehabilitation exercises on non-motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods 94 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with Medopa,and the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen and rehabilitation exercises on this basis.The occurrence of non-motor symptoms and the improvement of Parkinson's disease symptoms,cognitive function and depression in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the incidence of non-motor symptoms such as neuropsychiatric disorder,sleep disorder,sensory disorder,and autonomic dysfunction in the observation group were 2.13%,4.26%,4.26%,and 8.51%,which were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Parkinson’s disease non-motor symptoms questionnaire score and Hamilton depression scale score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the mini mental state examination score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Madopar combined with hyperbaric oxygen and rehabilitation exercise is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of non-motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease,improve the depressive symptoms of patients,and improve their cognitive function.It is worthy of clinical application.
