健脾益气方在胃癌术后患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析健脾益气方在胃癌术后患者中的应用效果.方法选取2019年8月-2021年2月在该院进行胃癌手术的患者76例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组,给予前者常规肠内营养治疗,给予后者健脾益气方治疗,对两组的治疗效果展开对比.结果治疗前,两组的营养指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的营养指标水平均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的各项免疫指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的各项免疫指标均较治疗前有所改善,且研究组指标水平明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论健脾益气方在胃癌术后患者中发挥着重要作用,不仅能有效促进患者术后胃肠功能恢复,还能改善其免疫功能,且安全性高,值得在临床上进一步的推广和使用.Objective To analyze the application effect of Jianpi Yiqi Recipe in postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 76 patients who underwent gastric cancer surgery in this hospital from August 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and a study group.The former was given conventional enteral nutrition therapy,and the latter was given the treatment of Jianpi Yiqi Recipe.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,the nutritional index levels of the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the nutritional indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the immune indicators of the two groups;after treatment,the immune indexes of the two groups were improved compared to before treatment,and the index levels of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yiqi Recipe plays an important role in patients with gastric cancer after surgery.It can not only effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery,but also improve their immune function.It has high safety and is worthy of further promotion and use in clinical practice.
