摘　　要：目的探讨康复护理程序对脑卒中患者运动功能的影响.方法选取南京医科大学附属老年医院2019年5月—2020年7月收治的72例脑卒中患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(36例)与观察组(36例).对照组实施常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施康复护理程序.比较两组干预前后运动功能、神经功能、生活能力、心理状态.结果干预前,两组运动功能、神经功能、生活能力、心理状态比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预后,观察组上肢及下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分均高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组,Barthel指数评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康复护理程序能够有效改善脑卒中患者的运动及神经功能,减轻负性情绪,提高生活能力.Objective To explore the effects of rehabilitation nursing procedures on the motor function of stroke patients.Methods A selection of 72 stroke patients admitted to the Affiliated Geriatric Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from May 2019 to July 2020 were divided into a control group(36 cases)and an observation group(36 cases)according to a random number table.The control group implemented routine interventions,and the observation group implemented rehabilitation nursing procedures on the basis of the control group.The motor function,neurological function,life ability,and mental state of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in motor function,neurological function,living ability,and mental state(P>0.05).After the intervention,the upper and lower limb Fugl-Meyer assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale score was lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel index score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing procedures can effectively improve the motor and neurological functions of stroke patients,reduce negative emotions,and improve life ability.
