摘 要:目的探讨在脑卒中患者开展双边功能训练对其肢体功能的影响.方法将2018年10月—2020年9月本院收治的72例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组(n=36)和研究组(n=36).两组皆采用常规康复训练,在此基础上,对照组增加单侧手及肢体运动训练,研究组增加双侧手及肢体运动训练.比较两组的神经功能、肢体功能、日常生活能力评分及肌力水平优良率.结果干预前,两组的神经功能、肢体功能及日常生活能力评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组上述评分均优于干预前,且研究组的美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分、改良Barthel指数评分、日常生活能力评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组干预后的肌力水平优良率72.22%高于对照组的44.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论双边功能训练可改善脑卒中患者神经功能及上下肢功能,促进其肌力水平提升,提高日常生活活动能力,值得推广.Objective To explore the effect of bilateral functional training on limb function in stroke patients.Methods A total of 72 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to September 2020 were randomly divided into the control group(n=36)and the study group(n=36).Both groups used conventional rehabilitation training,on the basis of which the control group added unilateral hand and limb movement training and the study group added bilateral hand and limb movement training.The neurological function,limb function,daily living ability score and good and good rate of muscle strength were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of neurological function,limb function and activities of daily living between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the above scores were better than those before the intervention in both groups,and the National Institute of Health stroke scale scores were lower in the study group than in the control group,and the Fugl-Meyer assessment scores,modified Barthel index scores,and the activity of daily living scores were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the excellent and good rate of muscle strength in the study group was 72.22%higher than that in the control group,which was 44.44%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bilateral functional training can improve the neurological function and upper and lower limb function of stroke patients,promote the improvement of their muscle strength,and improve the activities of daily living,which is worthy of promotion.
