摘　　要："一带一路"倡议的实施为高校创新创业人才培养带来了新的机遇与挑战.人才需求市场得到拓宽,教育资源平台得到丰富.而我国高校创新创业人才在"一带一路"倡议背景下,存在着市场开拓、跨文化交际和科研创新三种能力偏弱的情况.在此情况下,地方高校可以通过树立复合型创新创业人才培养理念、提升创新创业教育师资水平、构建全方位融合的创新创业人才培养模式、搭建多层次的创新创业教育合作平台等途径,促进创新创业人才能力水平的提升.“The Belt and Road”initiative brings new opportunities and challenges for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities.The market for talent demand has been broadened and the platform of educational resources is rich.However,under the one hand“the Belt and Road”initiative demand of Chinese university's innovation and entrepreneurship talents,there are three weak abilities of market development,cross cultural communication and scientific research innovation.In this case,local colleges and universities can promote the improvement of the ability level of innovative and entrepreneurial talents by establishing the concept of cultivating complex innovative and entrepreneurial talents,improving the level of teachers of innovation and entrepreneurship education,building a comprehensive integration of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training mode,and building a multi-level innovation and entrepreneurship education cooperation platform.
