高校心理委员选拔和培养方式的现状及创新研究

摘　　要：为完善大学生心理健康教育工作,针对高校心理委员制度建设过程中出现的问题,从选拔机制、培养方式与考评制度等方面进行了改进.结合实际情况提出了心理委员的学期聘用制,以团体辅导为主的培养方式和以习近平新时代青年观为指导的综合考评制度.In order to improve the work of college students'mental health education,aiming at the problems in the construction of college psychological committee system in recent years,the system of psychological committee was improved from the aspects of selection mechanism,training mode,evaluation system,etc.Combined with the actual situation of the university,the paper puts forward the term employment system of psychological committee members,the training mode based on group guidance and the comprehensive evaluation system guided by Xi Jinping's concept of youth in the new era.
