派丽奥软膏联合奥硝唑合剂治疗牙髓体病变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究派丽奥软膏联合奥硝唑合剂治疗牙髓体病变的疗效及对患者牙周指数的影响。方法:选择2015年7月—2017年7月我院收治的58例牙髓体病变患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,各29例。对照组采用奥硝唑合剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用派丽奥软膏(0.5 g,q7d),比较两组临床疗效、治疗后牙周指数及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组牙周指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:派丽奥软膏联合奥硝唑合剂治疗牙髓体病变的疗效理想,可改善患者牙周环境及口腔功能,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with ornidazole mixture in the treatment of dental pulp lesions and its effect on periodontal index of patients.Methods:58 patients with dental pulp lesions admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected as subjects investigated and randomly divided into two groups,29 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with ornidazole mixture,and the patients in the observation group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment(0.5 g,q7d)on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,periodontal indexes after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The periodontal indexes after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with ornidazole mixture is effective in the treatment of dental pulp lesions,which can improve periodontal environment and oral functions of the patients,and has high safety.
