宫颈出血样本对HPV检测结果影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨宫颈出血样本是否会影响人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)检测的结果.方法 采用随机选取2015年3月~12月我院妇科筛查宫颈高危型HPV病毒感染的患者900例,选择其中宫颈出血样本289例为观察组,不出血样本611例为对照组,观察两组HPV感染情况.结果 宫颈出血样本HPV感染率为16.26%,不出血样本HPV感染率为17.18%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 宫颈样本出血不会影响HPV感染检测的结果.Objective To investigate whether the sample will affect the bleeding of cervical human papilloma virus(HPV)detection results.Methods 900 patients were randomly selected from March 2015 to December in our hospital gynecological screening for cervical high-risk HPV infection with cervical bleeding,the samples of 289 cases of the observation group,blood samples of 611 cases as control group.To observe the infection of HPV in the two groups.Results The infection rate of cervical bleeding was 16.26%HPV samples,no bleeding infection rate of sample HPV is 17.18%,two groups had no statistically significant difference(>0.05).Conclusion Cervical HPV infection samples bleeding will not affect the detection results.
