摘　　要：目的探讨颅骨表皮样囊肿的临床特点及诊治方法。方法收集本院于2009年1月~2015年12月收治的5例颅骨表皮样囊肿患者的临床资料,对患者的临床特点、影像学表现、诊断和治疗进行分析。结果5例患者结合临床表现、影像学特点、术中所见及术后病检结果明确诊断,经手术治疗后预后良好。结论颅骨表皮样囊肿是一种少见的颅骨病变,临床表现典型者诊断不难,不典型者需与一些疾病进行鉴别。手术为首选治疗方法,大多数患者预后良好。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of epidermoid of skull.Methods Five cases of epidermoid of skull were admitted to our hospital from january 2009 to december 2015,and the clinical characteristics,imaging features,diagnosis and treatment were analyzed.Results Five patients were diagnosed definitely according to clinical features,imaging findings,signs seen in operation and pathological changes.All cases had good prognosis after operation.Conclusion Epidermoid of skull is a seldom encountered disease.Diagnosis is not difficult according to The typical clinical manifestations.The atypical cases should be differentiated from other diseases.Surgery is the frist treatment option for epidermoid of skull,and most patients with a good prognosis.
