低场MRI诊断踝关节隐性骨折的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨低场MRI诊断踝关节隐性骨折的应用价值。方法对25例踝关节外伤后常规 X线片未见明显骨质异常而局部疼痛、功能障碍的患者行 MRI检查,回顾性分析、总结其MRI表现。结果25例患者共发现34处隐性骨折,MRI显示骨皮质及髓腔内线状或片状 T1WI低信号,T2WI高信号或稍高信号,STIR呈明显片状高信号。结论低场MRI诊断隐性骨折具有很高的特异性和敏感性,可作为踝关节损伤隐性骨折诊断的首选检查方法。Objective Explore the low-field MRI diagnosis of occult fracture of ankle application value.Methods 25 cases of post-traumatic ankle conventional X-ray showed no bone abnormalities and pain,the patient underwent MRI dysfunction,retrospective analysis,summarized his MRI.Results 25 cases were found in 34 patients with occult fracture,MRI displayed cortical bone intramedul ary wire or sheet and low signal T1WI,T2WI high signal or slightly higher signal,STIR showed a high signal flaky.Preferred method of examination Conclusion Low field MRI diagnosis of occult fractures with high specificity and sensitivity,as occult fractures ankle injury diagnosis.
