甲状腺癌的超声表现及诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺癌的超声表现及诊断价值。方法对28例甲状腺癌患者的超声图像进行分析。结果28例甲状腺癌中,位于右侧13例,左侧10例,峡部1例,双侧叶病变4例。其中20例为单侧的甲状腺乳头状癌,1例为右侧乳头状癌合并左侧微小癌,双侧髓样癌与滤泡癌各1例,5例为单侧微小癌。结论彩超检查甲状腺方便、准确、无创伤,具有较高应用价值。Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography and diagnosis of thyroid cancer.Methods The ultrasonic images of 28 cases of thyroid carcinoma were analyzed.Results In 28 cases of thyroid carcinoma,13 cases were located on the right side,left side in 10 cases,1 cases of spondylolysis,4 cases of bilateral lobe lesion.Including 20 cases of unilateral thyroid papil ary carcinoma,1 cases were right papil ary carcinoma with left small cancer,bilateral medul ary carcinoma and fol icular carcinoma 1 cases,5 cases were unilateral microcarcinoma.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound examination of thyroid is convenient,accurate,noninvasive,has higher application value.
