复方嗜酸乳杆菌片对便秘的研究

摘　　要：目的 探究益生菌的使用对于肠道的影响,研究其与传统治疗便秘药物的区别.方法 使用复方地芬诺酯造便秘模型,分别给予复方嗜酸乳杆菌片和酚酞片进行治疗,测量肠道相关指标.结果 便秘小鼠的粪便含水量、小肠碳墨推进率下降,粪便菌群发生紊乱,给予乳杆菌后,便秘有所缓解,同时肠道菌群相对于模型组紊乱程度降低.结论 复方嗜酸乳杆菌对于便秘有一定的缓解作用,同时相对于酚酞片,具有调节肠道菌群的作用.OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of probiotics on intestinal tract,and to study the difference between probiotics and traditional drugs for constipation.METHODS:Constipation model was established with compound diphenoxylate.Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets and phenolphthalein tablets were given to treat constipation.The intestinal related indexes were measured.Result:The fecal water content and carbon ink propelling rate of small intestine in constipated mice decreased,and the fecal flora disordered.After lactobacillus was given,the constipation was alleviated,and the degree of intestinal flora disorder was reduced compared with the model group.CONCLUSION:Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus can alleviate constipation and regulate intestinal flora relative to phenolphthalein tablets.
