妇科健康体检在早期妇科病及宫颈疾病筛查中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的 :分析研究妇科健康体检在早期妇科病及宫颈疾病筛查中的应用价值.方法 :抽取2015年6月到2016年6月间来我院接受妇科健康体检的女性1000名作为研究对象,所有受检女性均接受常规妇科检查及宫颈疾病筛查,统计其检查结果 .结果:1000例接受体检的女性中,共检出宫颈疾病患者392例,其他妇科疾病患者51例,疾病检出率为44.30%.宫颈疾病患者中,以宫颈糜烂检出率最高,分别为16.20%,宫颈癌的检出率为0.3%.结论 :通过对女性进行积极的妇科健康体检有利于疾病的早期发现和及时治疗,是提高女性生殖健康水平,防控肿瘤等恶性疾病发生率的重要途径,具有重要临床价值.Objective:To study the value of gynecological health examination in the screening of gynecological diseases and cervical diseases.Methods:a total of 1000 women who received gynecological health examination in our hospital were selected as the subjects.All the patients were examined by routine gynecological examination and cervical diseases.Results:a total of 392 patients with cervical diseases,other gynecological diseases in patients with,the disease detection rate of 44.30%.in patients with cervical disease,the highest incidence of cervical erosion,respectively,the detection rate of cervical cancer was 16.20%0.3%.Conclusion:it is of great clinical value to carry out active gynecological health examination for women in early detection and timely treatment.
