摘 要:为了建立一种驱油用疏水缔合聚合物黏度的快速预测方法,首先配制了聚合物母液和目标溶液,测定了不同浓度下的黏度,得到黏浓曲线.然后,根据海上目标油藏的环境条件,通过实验测定,得到了温度、矿化度和钙镁离子浓度对疏水缔合聚合物溶液黏度的影响规律,构建了聚合物黏度单因素关系式.通过多因素回归分析,建立了聚合物黏度预测模型,可预测其在不同条件下的黏度,大大减少获得聚合物黏度所需的时间.通过回归拟合计算数据与实际实验测得的数据对比,两者吻合率较高,验证了此种方法的合理性.In order to establish a rapid prediction method for the viscosity of hydrophobic associating polymer for oil displacement,the polymer mother liquor and the target solution were first prepared,and the viscosity at different concentrations was determined to obtain its viscosity-concentration curve.According to the environmental conditions of the target reservoir at sea,the effect of temperature,salinity,calcium and magnesium ion concentration on the viscosity of hydrophobic associating polymer solution was obtained by experimental determination.Through the regression analysis of single factor and multiple factors of viscosity polymer,the hydrophobic associating polymer solution viscosity prediction model was established to predict polymer solution viscosity under different temperature,salinity,content of calcium and magnesium ions.It can greatly reduce the time required to obtain a polymer viscosity.The regression fitting calculation data were compared with the actual experiment measured data,and the high agreement rate between the two data proved the rationality of this method.
